ReplyDeleteI’m speaking here as PhD scholar and from experience in banking and teaching sector: Effective performance management system (EPMS) is the cornerstone in inspiring the individuals, teams and organizations to reach at their full potential. EPMS foster the culture of continuous improvement and also recognize the achievements of individuals, which will create an environment based on high performance norms or standards. In today’s competitive environment investing in EPMS is not only beneficial for individual’s growth but also important in achieving organizational success. EPMS provide clarity, feedback, development opportunities and supportive environment. In my opinion a well implemented performance system not only boosts the individual’s performance but also contribute towards building a positive organizational culture.
